    Happy Thursday, everyone!

So I’ve been doing a ton of cooking today, and I thought I’d share with you what I’ve been making! Don’t judge me on the photography, trying to cook and take pictures of everything proved to be quite difficult…but for you, I did my best ;)

This is what I made for lunch:

So I’ve been watching a lot of TV lately. My neighbor and friend, Charlotte, is out of town and my day isn’t completely filled with stuff to do. There are only so many trips you can make to the grocery story before people think you’re crazy…and it never helps that I’m always checked out by the same person. FML.

So yeah, I’ve been watching seasons of TV shows and a couple of movies, I’d like to share my thoughts on them here. I shall keeps my reviews of each of these to less than approximately 5 sentences.

    Enjoy:

    Parks & Recreation

REVIEW: It has Amy Poehler, do I REALLY need to say much else?! She is AMAZING and just perfect for this role. I was a little worried at first because sometimes people who were AMAZING on SNL just aren’t that great in other media types. But I swear, Amy Poehler will rule the world one day. Not to mention the rest of the cast is just perfect. April Ludgate (the girl in blue jacket on far right) is such an amazing character – LOVE IT!

8 THUMBS UP for Parks and Recreation!

    Curb Your Enthusiasm

REVIEW: Already been done!!! Just watch Seinfeld…I felt like all the characters did was get in arguments and yell at each other. I swear, I watched 5 episodes in a row and I had the worst headache of the year. Plus, I must say, Larry David just isn’t the greatest person to stare at for hours on end and I’m not sure if the actors are actual professional ACTORS, but they aren’t that great. I’ll post more if I bring myself to watch any more episodes.

So the other day, I got frustrated because my mom doesn’t use Google Chrome.

Now I know there’s a HUGE debate out there on what is the best browser, and I’m not planning on solving it here. The truth is, there’s so much that goes on UNDERNEATH the hood of these browsers that I’m only touching the surface (literally). But in all seriousness, it loads webpages and that’s what most of us use browsers for anyway. I don’t think my mom is going to be doing any major programming anytime soon that would lend her the need of anything more than Chrome can offer.

So here are some of the simple and most used features on Google Chrome – and why you should think about using it, too!

That is a screen capture of what Chrome looks like on a mac. Gorgeous isn’t it? So here are the reason why I think it’s the best browser…

My friends, Zac and Erica, just left from what I shall refer to as one of the greatest dinner night/get-together/game night that I’ve had in quite some time!

Aaron and I cooked Peppered Steak, warmed up some garlic bread, and made a super easy desert! Zac and Erica brought over their dog, Monty, to play with Merlot. They became fast friends and were SO cute playing together!  We’ve decided they’re a couple now. haha!

So if you want to have your own dinner night with a great home-cooked meal, here’s the process to make Peppered Steak – one of my grandmother’s recipes and one of my favorites/specialities!
